We will strive to process all orders within 1 business day.

Orders placed online are delivered via Australia Post.

Please allow the following lengths of time for shipping:

Australia: 3 – 7 working days

New Zealand: 7 – 10 working days

USA: 14 – 21 days

Europe: 14 – 21 days

Other: 14 – 21 days

While Gideon Shoes will endeavour to deliver on time, we will not be held responsible if goods are delivered outside the specified delivery time.

International Orders

Please note that when ordering internationally your delivery may become subject to additional import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These are shipping charges, but charges for the recipient as you are the importer. Once a delivery has entered your country these fees are not reversible whether delivered or not. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

Australia Post Deliveries

Delivery will only occur during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).A tracking number will be provided for all orders via email.
