Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, we will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise within 10 days from the date you received it.
This does not include Gideon products bought from third party retailers. Gideon products bought from third party retailers must be returned to the point of purchase. If however you are unsatisfied with the service of this retailer please contact us.
All returns and exchanges must have a receipt and must be in the original packaging. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of your purchase before wearing as all returns and exchanges must be in new condition. Exchange may be refused if the state of a product is deemed damaged, worn and/or cannot be resold.

Where a product is faulty Gideon Shoes will gladly replace or refund the goods. A faulty claim must be filed with a receipt to prove date of purchase. Our claims department will assess all such claims. Please allow 14 days from Gideon Shoes receiving the faulty goods for the claim to be processed.
Please Note: Faulty claims cannot be processed immediately in store by staff or a manager.
Return & Exchange by Mail
Customers are responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back to our warehouse. We advise securing a tracking number for your order, as Gideon is not liable for any lost return or exchange packages.
Returns must have a copy of the original receipt and payment will be issued in the original form. Shipping charges are not refundable for any returned merchandise. Customers returning goods are liable for the cost of shipping. Please allow the duration of shipping plus 14 days for your return to be received, processed, and appear on your credit card statement.

You may also return an order to any of our stores. Just bring your original receipt, unworn merchandise, and original form of payment to any location. Refunds will only be given to the original form of payment, so please ensure that you have that.
If you were shipped the wrong item or you believe your product to be faulty, please call (phone number) or e-mail (customer service e-mail) and we will correct our mistake as quickly as possible.
Products bought online
Product bought online can be exchanged via post or instore within 21 days of receipt date. The customer must provide a printed “Gideon Shoes Receipt” for the product that clearly states the purchase date and product information. Goods cannot be exchanged online.
Customised shoes purchased online or in store cannot be returned or exchanged. Please take care when ordering online to ensure the details of your customised shoes are correct.
Online orders are subject to availability.
If we are unable to supply your product, we will endeavour to find a suitable item. Where we are unable to find this item, we will contact you within 2 business days via email address provided and offer a refund of the goods purchased.
Gideon Shoes reserved the right to refuse an order for any reason.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax). These prices are subject to change.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
